Meet Allison
Team AgentA lifelong resident of Chicagoland, Allison Bertling has brought a wealth of local real estate knowledge to the Phair-Hinton Group Chicago – Milwaukee. After a short time working independently at Keller Williams, Allison started looking for additional opportunities to grow her business and support more families in finding their perfect home. She came across the Phair-Hinton Group and has now found much success and enjoyment in her senior role as the team’s Lead Agent and mentor.
Although a Chicago girl at heart, Allison left the area for a short time to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree at College of Charleston. There she gained the skills and knowledge it takes to be an entrepreneur and small business owner, so she returned to Chicago to pursue her real estate career. She believes that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and uses her knowledge of the market, communication of the process and strong counseling skills to help all kinds of people navigate their real estate needs.
Allison now resides with her husband Colin and daughter Molly on the southside of Chicago in the historic Beverly neighborhood. When Allison isn’t selling properties, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family and friends, dabbling in photography and interior design, and enjoying the outdoors. Allison also enjoys all that the Midwest has to offer, which is why she is so excited for PHG’s expansion to Milwaukee and the opportunities it will bring. She looks forward to continuing to be a resource for her family, friends, and clients as they pursue their real estate goals.
