Co-Founder/Listing SpecialistKevin is a co-founder of Phair-Hinton Group Chicago - Milwaukee with good friend and partner Emily Phair. With his pragmatic background in investment properties, Kevin’s expertise in all things real estate began with his own real estate ventures in New York and Miami. Kevin currently resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago and works diligently with both buyers and sellers throughout the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas. As a preferred Real Estate Agent of the Chicago Blackhawks, The Phair-Hinton Group Chicago - Milwaukee is one of the largest producing residential real estate teams within both markets and solidly ranks within the top 1% of all brokers.
Personally, Kevin’s other passion in life is the game of golf, competing collegiately at the University of Michigan as the team captain. Kevin’s highly regarded coaching career has earned him consistent rankings as a Golf Digest “Top 40 Under 40 Instructor in America”, teaching many top juniors, collegiate players and tour professionals. Kevin has nearly 100 published instructional pieces across a wide range of national golf magazines, and still enjoys running a junior camp for kids in Florida over spring break and holiday seasons.
