A native of Northwest Chicago, Kim Thomson joined the Phair-Hinton Group Chicago – Milwaukee as the team’s Transaction Coordinator and now serves as Listing Manager. In 2012, Kim graduated from Illinois State with a BA in Apparel Merchandising and Design. With her background in retail management, she has always had a passion for customer service, and over the past 4 years she has brought a service oriented mindset to PHG by developing a seamless home buying and selling process for our clients. She understands how communication and attention to detail can become the driving force behind a positive experience and repeat customers.
Kim now lives in North Center with her husband Andy and Goldendoodle, Maggie. She is happiest when traveling the globe, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
