Meet Molly
Director of OperationsMolly relocated to Chicago in May 2017 to join the Phair-Hinton Group Chicago – Milwaukee as their Executive Assistant and has since advanced to Director of Operations. With a background running an entire real estate office in small-town Iowa, this move provided Molly an opportunity to put her strengths to work in a larger, faster-paced real estate market. Molly has experience in client facing roles and backend systems, however, strategic business operations is her ultimate strength. She’s passionate about growing PHG and supports the team in all areas: management, lead generation, marketing, hiring, training and financials.
Graduating from the University of Iowa in May 2016, Molly earned her BA in Communication Studies, a certificate in Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Human Relations. Molly lives in the Wicker Park neighborhood, where she frequents local restaurants, shops, and concerts.
